When you submit a request via the booking form, we process the following data: name, phone number, email address, arrival and departure date, and an optional message.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Processing is carried out to handle your booking request and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How Your Request Is Transmitted
This website does not store your data on its own server. When you submit the form, your own email application opens with a pre-filled message, which you send to us yourself via your email provider. We receive this message via Gmail (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). This may involve a transfer of data to the USA; Google processes data based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Storage Period
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to process your request and any resulting booking, or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Local Storage (Language Setting)
For technical reasons, this website saves your selected language in your browser's local storage (localStorage). No personal data is collected or transmitted to us in this process; this setting is solely for your convenience and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
